I think it's safest to start off by saying Hello, I'm Samantha. I began this blog back in my Freshman year of University when my friends decided it would be fun to share ourselves with the internet. Because social media doesn't already share enough... right. 

What began as a place for me to vent about growing up, living 3,000 miles away from home, and trying to figure out this whole "adult" thing has now turned into a hobby. The title of the original blog was actually "Adventures in the City that Never Sleeps" If you take a gander at any of the older posts you'll notice it's just wordy rants about how hard it was to be a college student. And if you like that sort of thing well HEY! I got 3 years worth of it.

It was around October of 2015 that I decided I wanted to start investing more time into the blog and thus The Leg Up blog was rebirthed. Along with this renaissance came my pivotal university graduation where I packed up my things and moved back home.
